Anyone ever had a hernia?

I developed a hernia near my groin that would pop out when I did sit ups. When I was laid up in the hospital during my spleen removal, I mentioned it to someone and they said if it bothers me enough I can do surgery on it. After googling about hernias, I got this random idea and applied hard pressure to the area where the hernia would pop up. Did that for a couple days while I was laid up in the hospital. The hernia never popped out again. This was 8 years ago.

Fixed my own hernia. Lmao
