Physical update. My prostate numbers were kinda high so I have to go see a urologist about that. Today I'm getting a chest catscan just as a precautionary thing because I'm 50 and a former smoker with high blood pressure and in August I have to see a dermatologist because I want to get something on my cheek looked at that my doctor said doesn't look cancerous and I could probably get removed. I gained 12 pounds since my last Physical so I will be looking to fix that

All in all not shabby. Sounds like mainly precautionary stuff and getting back on the keto and cut some poundage.
