Thank chrimeny it doesn't fall to III's depths. It was actually pretty good. Gave it the same grade as II (7/10), but I wouldn't say it's better than II.

It's a shot of nostalgia but to me its poorly written and the plot is jumbled and sorta dumb. Jokes are tired. I would put this on level with 3 maybe a smidge below it. I do need to watch 3 again to be sure, its been awhile. Way below 1 & 2.
C- maybe a low end C

Yes, they've got some good stuff, but a lot of real stinkers in production too. I missed the Jerry Bruckheimer fingerprint on BHC too, something I didn't realize I missed from III. 4 definitely has it. Yes, it's a nostalgia movie, they know it and they lean into it lol.
