it feels moody and almost dreamlike with the camera work. versus the more direct straight forwardness of silence of the lambs.

Since it's on the same disc as Paranoiac I'm watching Kiss of the Vampire.

why is it spelled "lecktor" here? was that the way it was in the book and they changed it in the other films or what?

I was expecting trash and it was much better than that. C+
Still Carpenter, brah, he always stays above the gutter even when Chevy Chase's dumbass drags him down.
Memoirs of an Invisible Man is fucking hilarious

I quite liked Paranoiac. One of the 1,000 or so movies I still need to rewatch. :P

It was "Lecter" in the original novel. No idea why they changed the spelling. Never seen Manhunter myself, but I have to admit, had no idea Brian Cox was in it. I doubt I'd recognize him that young, but could be interesting to see.

have to say that graham's outbursts kind of feel forced to me. but otherwise i'm into manhunter more than i had been in the past. still doesn't quite match silence of the lambs but that's a hard place to reach for, so yeah.

Starting the Gingerdead Man trilogy. They're short, hoping to finish them all before I have to tend to life things.

How would you rank them, zomb? I don't remember which ones I liked best, though the first carries some nostalgia a bit.
