ghostbusters, dr. strangelove, amelie, young frankenstein, fargo, the big lebowski, dogma, back to the future, the nice guys, in bruges, empire records, mean girls, hot fuzz, the parent trap, barbarella, mash, fast times at ridgemont high, monty python and the holy grail, drop dead fred, beyond the valley of the dolls, knocked up, romy and michelle's high school reunion, the cable guy, tommy boy, the wedding singer. heathers
Young Frankenstein is the best of that bunch. Rivals Dumb & Dumber maybe, but not quite. Likely top ten for Young Frankenstein.

also lack of john candy, eddie murphy, and robin williams. which is a big oversight. if it was an official list, i would definitely have to put more thought into it.

I'd actually be qualified to do a Chevy Chase rankings list. I've seen just about all of them. Except Oh Heavenly Dog and maybe one or two others.

Is Chevy's comedy considered unbearable? I love a wide variety of comedic actors and ones that I would understand being unbearable to some are maybe Jim Carrey or Robin Williams?

nah. i think a lot of people like chevy chase. i'm just not big on him, personally. williams and carrey can be obnoxious in the wrong role, for sure. i've grown out of a lot of carrey's straight comedy stuff.
