Jason wrote: Mon Nov 25, 2024 2:53 pm Been to Texas twice. Once just passing through on the way home on a road trip, the next was a few months ago on a road trip. Very nice state. People feel like people and not robotic drones. Just those little interactions that make you feel like you're not the only human walking around. lol. California has that affect. Especially the major cities. Amarillo was great, Lubbock was pretty cool. I don't love crowded big cities so staying in downtown Dallas was kind of a pain other than seeing Dealey Plaza.
I don’t do well in small towns. I get bored too easily. I prefer living on the outer suburbs. I still own my home in the Dallas area just in case we end up going back.

Lubbock is alright but I don’t like Amarillo. Austin and Dallas are the best cities in Texas. Everything else is pretty plain.

Figured I'd make this since the last JFK threads I made were on the old boards. Couple that with the fact that Trump was elected and promised to release the whole she-bang. So hopefully this thread will get a warranted bump in the coming months, but it remains to be seen until Trump clicks the ol' File > Open. Hopefully he isn't killed or mysteriously dies in office before he takes their key to the JFK file cabinet. I've dreamed of this day for about 21 years. Don't let me down, you beautiful orange fuck. Not that my expectations of full disclosure are even high at all. I'm sure the juiciest of the juices have been expunged from any records, if they'd even ever been documented at all.

Currently made an offer on ebay for a hardcover copy of one of the more (fairly) recent works on the JFK assassination, JFK and the Unspeakable: Why He Died and Why it Matters. I'm a little hesitant to hone in too deeply on some newer books, mainly only because the distance between the event itself and present time can easily dilute the accuracy of events. Basically, the newer a book is, the more cautious I am in fully embracing it to be the truth. But this is definitely the most popular of the newer JFK books that I myself have yet to read, and I've been pretty well aware of its subject matter so I'm pretty sure this is gonna be amongst my favorites. We shall see. The offer was accepted so hopefully I'll bring myself to get started on it when it arrives.
Sup babe. I think I’ve posted some of this list before, but my recommended list includes:

Conspiracy/ Not in Your Lifetime - Anthony Summers
The Last Investigation - Gaston Fonzi
The Man Who Knew Too Much - Dick Russell
Deep Politics and the Death of JFK - Peter Dale Scott
Destiny Betrayed - Jim DiEugenio
Oswald and the CIA - John Newman
JFK and the Unspeakable - James Douglass
Brothers - David Talbot
Coup in Dallas - Hank Albarelli

For those less inclined to read a shit ton of books who still have interest, I recommend the Solving JFK podcast. Every episode weighs the lone gunman vs conspiracy arguments for each piece of evidence.

The tracking of the movement of the Zapruder film immediately after the assassination:
I've probably watched this three or four times over the years. An 85-minute documentary about the potential doctoring of the original Zapruder film in an attempt to disguise exit wound damage. The man who first processed the Zapruder film (Dino Brugioni) is interviewed here.
Very, very interesting.

JFK and the Unspeakable is coming in the mail this week. Best Evidence by David Lifton will likely be my favorite JFK book I ever read.

My big three:
Best Evidence, by David Lifton (1981)
Crossfire, by Jim Marrs (1992)
Blood, Money, Power: How LBJ Killed JFK, by Barr McClellan (2003)

Just a pro tip for anyone interested in really trying to dig deep into the assassination, using alternative search engines as opposed to google will yield a much wider array of results as opposed to the typically diluted results you get from major news outlets that are spammed in google's algorithm.

I have dug through that site. It is definitely among the best. I don't have a best source list, but the link below is also among the most extensive as far as just listing one website goes.

Why use a shovel when we've done the digging for you? Here's a gem... Nice little intro into the shenanigans.

I recommended a podcast that lays out everything at the most basic level. Reign is too lazy and stubborn to solve the JFK Assassination and that is alright.
