If you're gonna blow past months, might as well weeks. Now none of that French stuff exists, simplifies things.

Season 2: bad but very interesting
Season 3: good but not nearly as interesting

It's not like it happened overnight after his diagnosis, lol. Walt had gone down some dark roads.

She almost decapitated him when she thought he was buying weed from Pinkman. She fucked her boss (who she clearly had feelings with prior to the timeline of the show) after thinking he only cooked meth and ignored him every time he said he wanted to leave them money before he dies.

I'm fine with hatin, but not a lot, Walt threw plenty of ingredients into that spicy pot of chili that boiled over.

Idk to what extent it should be held against Breaking Bad that 90% of its fans hate Skyler so much but it is interesting. Never really seen anything else like it

The way she treated him given what little she knew about what was actually going on is where I think the main hatred for her comes in. I've maintained that her unwillingness to accept and overall attitude to his illegal doings was needed for him to really turn up the evil meter inside him, but I easily understand that this can be interpreted by fans in many different ways and I think that's what was intended. But in the end, Walt still protected her from everything and gave every bit of money left to them. Something about who Skyler is tells me she never loved or cared for Walt to the degree that he cared for her and his son, which is where I am sour on her.

Also, your Dad is dying of cancer and you decide to rebel out and call yourself Flynn to cause drama?

She's a ho?

Marie: You got a job working with Ted Beneke? Mr. Grabby Hands?
Skyler:  He was just drunk at a Christmas party. It was no big deal.

Skyler's for the streets.

Oh, and that little tradition they had at the office where she would always sing Happy Birthday to Ted all seductively like Marilyn Monroe? Long before Walt ever broke bad?

What would justify singing happy birthday seductively to your boss for years behind your husband's back and not telling about the time he grabbed you at a Christmas party and you liked it?

i don't have to justify her actions. i just have to weigh them against his actions.

did she ever do anything good for walt, in your estimation? did she ever do anything to protect him or to defend him in any kind of way?

I would agree. Maybe not never loved or cared the same, but certainly over time even prior to the cancer she had fallen out of love with him. Then the cancer and craziness, she decided to THOT it up.

Some here, some there. She also took 617,000 dollars from Walt and gave it to Ted which is also not good. So she arguably did more to protect Ted. Lol
