I'm no lawyer but if word got out that a sentence was more harsh for shit the judge thought you might have done than that would be an issue

They're trying to pull back on the war on drugs in the Trump administration, is what I'm thinking garnered the pardon. And what he was convicted of is a bit harsh if that is indeed all that was done.

They think they found the hitman, but it was never proven. The messages did show he hired a guy to kill someone, paid them in bitcoin, and received a photo of a dead body.

I might of lessened the sentence to 20 or 25 years but I wouldn't of pardoned him.
