I just finished Severance. I’d highly recommend it.

Tombstone

Do I remember the last time I watched this in full? No, not really. Sometime in the 90's.

I was underwhelmed in my first viewing. Mainly because I was expecting it to rival Unforgiven but that was my own fault.

Solid though.

It is solid. It's rep, I believe, stems from how great Val is as Doc Holiday. The rest is just solid in general.

If you watch the documentary Val (I recommend everyone does it's fantastic) you can see how Val prepped for his role as Doc Holiday. He took his craft seriously

Yeah I like Tombstone but its outsized reputation is 100% Kilmer.
Not removing until John Elway is fired.

I would lower that percentage, movie is chock full of kick ass performances and scenes. But Atlas is definitely Valski.

Daredevil: Born Again episode 7. I wouldn't say this is bad by any stretch but it's not great so far either.

Nostalgia makes it special but it's a pretty bad movie :D

Willow

Still not a bad movie, I'll never know why people claim this. Solid, if compressed, story, great characters, charming as fuck, rousing James Horner score, excellent costumes (seriously, Madmartigan's gold mail he fines is possibly the coolest live action fantasy armor I've seen - for a hero - cause Kael's armor is rad, as is The Witch King in ROTK). To date, my 2nd favorite Ron Howard movie, behind Apollo 13 respectively. The action is done really well (especially the carriage chase),

Up until the Lord of the Rings trilogy, this was my go to for live-action Fantasy fix (Conan The Barbarian is a little light on the fantasy in comparison, but it would still make the viewing cut).

I'm not saying everyone should see this as a great movie, but I'll never see how people could call it poor.

I can agree with it being charming but that is about all. I enjoy it but it's now a guilty pleasure because of how cheesy/bad it is

I have not seen Willow in ages. I feel I need to weigh in on this, figure out which one of you heretics is committing Heresy.

Zombie, you should prepare our movie watching cloaks and those delicious communion crackers.
