There was a time when I really enjoyed watching Friends and considered it a great show. Now I can barely tolerate one episode. I can't think of another instance where this happened to me.

To each his own, for sure. I'm baffled anybody can watch that show without suffering in an ocean of painful cringe. I sat through a couple episodes many years ago and was just pissed off and annoyed by the end of it. Lol. And Friends is not that much better, but it gets way more love than Big Bang.

It's not even a lack of good looking people on that show or summat, it's Sheldon is grade A cringe. I don't care how nice he is, I could never be around that guy in real life, and he's the majority of the show. Friends has a better balance. So fuck it.

I am cool with laugh tracks, but much prefer if they're filmed in front of live audiences. Which many of the sitcoms on my wheel are. The big problem with laugh tracks is they can easily put a mask over terrible writing. Which is the case for Big Bang being awful.

I've learned to distrust the accuracy of musical biopics, especially more recent ones, but they are often good movies regardless of accuracy. I'm sure A Complete Unknown is pretty good.
