NBA 2024-2025

All sports. We don't even mind if its women's Curling or junior badminton. Although we won't have strong opinions on the latter.

It was a great run given the circumstances.
It sucks but remember I'm a Wizards fan. Denver's season would be one of the best of my lifetime and I'm in my 50's. Maybe this helps but if not I tried
I've experienced the highest of the highs and the lowest of the lows as a sports fan. The hardest ones to swallow are the ones where you're supposed to win and don't (Broncos-Jags 1996, Broncos-Ravens 2012, The Avalanche). Nuggets imploding at the end of the regular season and firing Malone made it seem like they'd certainly get bounced early but ended up being one win away from the Conference Finals. Not bad. Plus I don't love basketball as much as the other three sports.

Game flipped and never looked back when they put Caruso in.

Caruso could have slept in and OKC would still take this game. A hobbled Gordon and another MPJ/Murray disappearing act is begging for a blowout and that's what we got. The Nuggets don't even have a pickup-level bench. Nuggets got cold, Jokic sat and the game was long gone.

It was 21-10 Denver and they were getting everything they wanted before Caruso came in. It changed everything.

The Wizards are the team that killed my Fandom. I gave up and stopped caring so if they eventually have success i can't say I've always been a fan because that wouldn't be true

The Wizards getting the 6th pick is the biggest kick in the nuts. I don’t think the flattened lottery odds are good for the league.

I ain't buying it. Caruso ain't getting credit for the Nuggets suddenly bricking open shots and turning the ball over on bad passes. The Nuggets literally do this in every single game. A huge stretch of going ice cold.

He played hard defense but he's not responsible for MPJ and Murray being professional brick layers. Jokic and Braun showed up to play and if that's all you got against an OKC squad this deep it's over.

Why flatten the lottery when you can just rig it anyway? :P

You don’t have to buy it but it’s exactly what happened. Before Caruso, Denver was in a great offensive flow. Once he came in to just hack the shit out of Jokic, they went on a run that never ended.

Nuggets lose by 40 and it's Caruso's monstrous 11-0-3 that made it happen.

His 5 years with your Lakes is why you're glossing him imo. :P

I've held out hope too long for MPJ and Murray and wouldn't shed a tear if this was the last we see of them.

The only good thing that happened in sports today is hearing Drake lost a million dollars betting on the Leafs.
