Again, when the killer makes their motivation clear by shouting about Allah, is a recent immigrant from certain regions, is on a watch list, etc., you have a much clearer motivation than someone who has lived a rather isolated life.

I can understand people being upset about a horrible loss of life but this is beyond absurd. Some mass murderers are being treated unfairly...really? 59 people murdered hundreds more wounded but hey at least it was a white guy who did it. Only white people are vile enough to all be judged the same.

the article was not about treating the shooter unfairly. it was about labeling him a lone wolf and not looking at it as indicative of a bigger issue among caucasians, as opposed to the way the author (and presumably seb) feels is done with violence by minorities.

but i disagree that it only happens with minorities, myself. it's an issue on all sides. and i do think it needs to stop.
