Well, winner was undoubtedly going to face Cyborg and it was practically announced to happen before the Holly-Germaine fight even happened. As it is, Germaine was gifted the belt, offered rematch to Holly, then refused I think, and is now refusing to face Cyborg. lol. Check out this fucking quote from her camp...
