Re: Kneel Off in the XFL
I'm all for this. And they need to do what the NFL always should have done, take the position that it's an inherently dangerous game with known CTE risks. Help take care of the players when they need help, but let football be football. Boom, deal with it. Safeties, go have fun again.

Look, they need to put a legitimate product on the field, first and foremost, but the XFL also offered some fun. Do it right and Vinny Mac could blow some shit up. And he's one of the few in the world that won't back down to the NFL.

No thugs, no kneeling.
Everyone knows Vinnie Mac is my personal hero. This is the icing on the cake. Vince is a god damned legend.

Vince > The most interesting man in the world
Re: Kneel Off in the XFL
It is a brilliant strategy. More fans are frustrated with the NFL than ever before and Vince is capitalizing big time on that.
What teams will there be? Same as last time? Who should I pick for my team? This is exciting!

I was intrigued until I heard no gimmicks, no individuality...so what's the point? This will fail so quickly with no niche. At best, ten weeks of horribly played football.

Not a big fan of gimmicks and junk, either.

Just curious, did you ever watch the original XFL? You seem way too excited to have ever seen how bad the football actually was.
Can't wait for rosters full of after-church flag football league stars.

Who cares? No spygate, no rule manipulation and no cheating refs. It will be a more pure product than today's NFL. No whiny bitches like LeVeon Bell hinting at retirement... two days before a very important playoff game... because he might get franchise-tagged and only make 8 figures. Boohoo. He may have played a factor in that playoff loss.

Re: Kneel Off in the XFL
I'd say their defense giving up 38 to a Bortles-led offense had more to do with it than a guy who put up 150 yards and 2 TDs. And God forbid a great player wants long term security playing running back at the miniscule expense of some old billionaire.Jason wrote:Who cares? All those complaints/conspiracies about the NFL and the football will still be unwatchable in the XFL. But congrats on falling in love with the idea of a MAGA league, hold on to that feeling.
