Re: NFL 2017 season
McDaniels is a fraud. They do all the same stuff Charlie Weis did with that offense, the difference is Brady mastering his craft and a more serious investment in receivers. McDaniels fielded three horrific offenses without Brady.

Possibly. Just saying with the Colts thing there is probably more to the story.Headhunter wrote:McDaniels is a fraud. Never forget Headward's heroic jinx. <3Headhunter wrote:Philly's a guaranteed one and done.Foo wrote:Not gonna be fun for any one those teams trying to come to Philly if the weather is anything like it has been. Good luck coming from warm weather or a dome to this shit.Jason wrote:I'll bet the Saints lose to Atlanta in the first round. I am sour on Atlanta because of the way they blew the Super Bowl last year. Almost would rather see Seattle get in.
Rams/Panthers will be one for the ages. Winner will beat Philly if the Saints beat Atlanta. Only team I see beating Minnesota is either the Rams or Panthers.
I'm banking on NE/Minnesota. And New England winning.

Couldn't be happier to be wrong. Well, the Vikings winning would have been ideal. Shout out to Warren and the most tortured fan base in NFL history.

Re: NFL 2017 season
I was convinced Minnesota would win the Super Bowl right around the time the playoffs were set. I was like 80% certain. That fucking Diggs TD made me like 99% sure.
I was talking shit to a friend during that game against the Saints where Minnesota was tearing it up on both sides of the ball. "Minnesota is winning the Super Bowl". "I should've made a Vegas bet before the yoffs, could've made epic cheese". Then the Saints start winning and I shut the fuck up until the game ends on the TD... "Jesus Christ. I almost had to buy all of Minnesota a fucking beer".

Re: NFL 2017 season
Minnesota legit has the saddest NFL history. They never stay down for very long and are always making noise in the playoffs. But always find new ways to fuck it up. Sad!

I can't deny Cleveland that honor. At least Super Bowl era Browns. Especially what Elway did to them. And the Byner fumble, the team moving to Baltimore and immediately winning a championship. Currently 0-16. Gotta go with the Browns.
I'd equalize Minnesota and Buffalo.

Cleveland hasn't even made it to the dance. Their existence is so futile, they can laugh at it. Minnesota can only cry because they should have at least a couple rings.

Re: NFL 2017 season
Are you talking in terms of crushing defeat? I guess. But even then. Elway 3X, Baltimore Browns Superb Owl, that stings just as much as losing in it. Imagine being an.absolute die-hard homer like the Cleveland fans are. Then watching your team forego its existence in Cleveland and win a championship elsewhere almost immediately after leaving.
Ow.
Ow.

Vikings made it to Championship Weekend ten times and have never won a championship.

Yeah, but they get the highs and the lows. Cleveland gets the lows and a knife in the back.
Re: NFL 2017 season
Bit off topic, but speaking of Minnesota. I've been sour on LaQuon Treadwell ever since draft day when he threw a mopey bitch fit in front of millions of people and a live audience when he didn't go quite as high in the draft as he wanted.
