They do but it's easy to find a way when you have two top 3 players, two other top 15-ish guys, lots of productive role players and altogether an unselfish group. It's the best team in NBA history and having three of the best shooters in the league makes any deficit feel like nothing. They are on autopilot right now and playing no defense but with some effort Houston would have to be unbelievable to beat them. It will be a fun series but I would be stunned if Houston actually pulls it off.

Best team in history is Jordan's Bulls. LeBron single-handedly putting them put any "greatest team ever" discussions to rest. The competition in the 90s was so fierce back then. And the way the game was played was so much better.

The Warriors might sweep the Bulls. Not enough scoring/shooting. Much better athletes in today's NBA.

Also, single-handedly? Did you forget Kyrie Irving existed? (and Steph's fucked up knee)

Also the quality of play is the best it's ever been, as entertaining as the late 80s-early 90s. The NBA sucked ass during Jordan's second three-peat.

That was a beautiful clutch three by Kyrie, but LeBron led BOTH teams in points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks. It was the best Finals performance ever.

Steph's bum knee was a blessing in disguise, as he absolutely sucks in the yoffs. Utilize him less they could've won. :D

Physicality plays a huge factor in scoring output. You can't touch people in today's NBA.

It wasn't just the shot. Kyrie was unbelievable in the last three games. Saying LeBron single handedly beat them is a joke.

Well Steph was coming off the best regular season for any player in NBA history. That was the worst of the four Warriors teams, his individual greatness elevated them to 73 wins. Pretty clear GS wins if he's healthy.

Uh really? Jordan got free throws every time guys breathed on him. Those Bulls had no chance of keeping pace with a team that has three of the best shooters in the game. They wouldn't beat a lot of teams in today's NBA, athletic difference is too dramatic.

He was healthy the year before and they still won. And he broke the record for worst shooting performance in Finals history that year. :p

They were a better team that year than the 73 win team. The bench play fell off a cliff. Steph's insane year + Draymond's improvement made the difference. With Steph's bum knee, they were nowhere near the team they were that first year.

Yeah, Jordan was well protected by the refs. But there is no denying that it is worse in today's NBA. And all around, too. The protect the superstars even more today, and any form of contact will draw a foul even if you're an unknown player.

The officiating is making all the difference in these comparisons, and that is the most pathetic thing when discussing eras.

Increased athleticism and improved training/nutrition makes a far bigger difference.

What is this "increased athleticism"? It makes zero difference when you're not taking anywhere near the same amount of bumps and picks as you were 20-30 years ago. You can be a super genetically gifted athlete like Bron, but his output would drastically decrease when he is getting severely warn out by physical play on the court.

What do you mean "what is this"? You need me to explain what athleticism is? Today's guys would blow by the slow pokes of the 80s and 90s all game long. It's hilarious imagining 90s teams that didn't even average two possessions a minute trying to run with the Warriors or Rockets. And they're physically better built to handle the bumps. In fact, they'd be able to use it to their advantage to wear down the less athletic past players because again, more athletic, stronger etc.. It would actually help them and they really don't need any help to smoke old teams.

The All-Star game was a little more interesting than it has been in the past. Particularly those last few minutes.

The thing that makes me fucking eyeroll.gif the most is when people singing it drag it the fuck out and use it as a platform to brag about their vocal range. It's a short ass song, there is a game to be played, let's honor this country and military for this brief song and get the game going. But no, half the performers turn it into a concert. "Of the FRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE". Stop. Nobody cares.

We finally got someone who tried "TOO" too hard. Now the internet is reacting how I normally do. :D

Turrible performance. Can't believe that woman made millions and millions of dollars singing. If a bum on the street sang like that he'd make like 80c per day.
