You know the old baseball scouting thing with girlfriends right? They are called "soft skills". Speed, Power, Throwing are hard skills. They are measurable and can be seen while in action. Baseball scouts love ugly guys with super hot girlfriends because confidence is a soft skill. Make sure two of your band members date 9's or 10's.
