Yeah, but hearing black millionaires talk about oppression never gets old!
How many white millionaires get "cracker" spray painted on their front gate? The poor are definitely more affected by racism, but pretty dismissive to think it doesn't exist at all classes.
How many millions of comments have referred to Donald Trump's skin color? What would happen if Trump Tower did not have security?
Having your property vandalized because you're black is the same thing as pointing out that Trump is white? That's worse than a stretch, that's not grounds for any sort of comparison at all.

As for security at Trump Tower, he's the president. Half the country hating you is part of the job and people are crazy. The hell does that have to do with his skin color?
You don't see all the slurs about Trump's skin color? You don't think there are constant attempts to vandalize Trump property?

When people called Obama the N-word, did they get a pass on racism because he was the president?
you and i have both commented on donald trump's orange-ness. are we racist to do that? you think that may be the difference?

and no one should have their property vandalized. there is no excuse for that.

About him being orange? That's the racism you're speaking of? See, you're just being ridiculous here and putting your fingers in your ears. To compare that to actual racism is so absurd it borders on parody.

What a ridiculous comparison and to think you thought you were clever throwing in the Obama bit and think it's all a valid comparison when Obama is a black man. Come on, we both know what you're doing here.

Foo, make an honest case that people hate/want to hurt Trump because of his orange skin tone. What nonsense will this rabbit hole lead us to next?

Do you not see the hate in their language? Do you not see the thousands of posts every single day in comments sections where his skin color is referenced along with messages of hate?

Racists never admit it is about skin color. They talk about how Orange/Black people behave and then couple it with derogatory remarks about skin color.

They hate him because of his character, his policies and his all around scumbaggery. Not racism. This is just...wow.

You're going off the deep end with this one. But hey, let's keep the train rolling. How do anti-Orange racists stereotype the behavior of orange people?

Why not skip the BS and say one of two things:

1. All races experience an equal amount of racism.

2. Racism doesn't exist.

Because one of the two is the underlying message of this ridiculously dishonest argument you're making right now.

Nothing is off the table for me. I love that Trump can hide in a pumpkin patch and you can't tell when Wesley Snipes stops and his shadow starts.

Nobody is offended. Not racist. Those orange jokes are more insulting from liberals, but has nothing to do with hating orange people.

there may be some racism (or sexism) aimed at trump. but largely, i suspect it is much more because of his policies and how he presents himself and the like. as head said just now.

but if there is racism going on, doesn't that kind of work against your argument with this thread?

Neither of those are true.

People get bogged down in this stuff. They need to quit being titty babies and worry about how their own failings are holding them back versus chalking everything up to racism.

sure, some used to dismiss criticism of his policies and such. do you not dismiss criticisms toward trump with quick generalizations as well?

i feel like i'm missing the point of your initial argument, or how it relates to what you're saying now.

My point is that people can't let go and move forward because their own identity is defined by the fight. Without the fight, they feel they are nothing.

Kinda. It is more about people veing proportionate in their outrage.

When a man dressed in drag can't use the girls locker room at the gym, we should not act like we just saw a black dude getting dragged behind a pick-up with a confederate flag painted on it.

so you're saying it's all just about politics, rather than trying to work toward actual freedoms or rights? i can see that maybe being the case, on some level. but not as a whole.
