I liked the trailer enough, as long as they don't do this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsyLFBS ... e=youtu.be

Looks like it's probably a shitty movie that I will still watch for Olivia Munn

DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Everyone seems to be avoiding numbers in their sequels these days, it seems. Doesn't meant anything. They added "The" to the original's title. The fourth Rambo was simply called Rambo, but no one confused it as a remake.

I didn't think Munn looked like Anna. Aside from both having brunette hair and looking sweaty.

I'm not fond of them actually calling the alien a "Predator" as if it's its actual species name. I was always bothered that pop culture did that, but now it's in the damn movie. I trusted you Shane Black, I trusted you... :P
Invoking the title adds half a star. A kick ass theme song that invokes the title is a full star.

If some soul sister was singing, "Die-eye-eye Hard, Die-eye-eye So Hard...", that would be the greatest movie ever.

Anyone seen this yet? If so, was it worth a damn? I'm considering going to see it sometime this week, but the trailer did nothing for me.

Dane I both saw it. Think consensus is that it’s not great.

It has some gore, some CGI, and the plot is nonsense. But a few laughs and a few visuals that work. Nothing I’d go out of my way to see though.

Is that supposed to be "D and I?" lol

But yeah, definitely not great, even a stretch to call it decent. I gave it a C+, take that with what you will, Slaughter.

Lol. Yes, yes it was. Fucking autocorrect.

I had not tweaked but apparently there were mass reshoots and they had to cut one guy put as he was felled in the #MeToo movement. Helps explain some of the incoherence st least.

Well, his scene was just one scene, there were a ton of reshoots before that came up.

I think his scene was to do with the opening Munn scene which was so fucking random.
