Alyssa Milano is like one step away from trying to recall every movie and magazine she ever appeared in where she went nude.

And too many conservatives are pussies for not calling liberals on their Muslim loving bullshit. Let them call you a racist. Everyone knows the truth about how Muslims treat women.Just makes them look dumb.

Liberalism is a walking double standard. I've never figured out a better way to put it. Sums it up pretty well.

is it feminism too, when trump refuses to answer or elaborate on a question? no. just people unwilling to be challenged on their position or who they endorse.

is linda sarsour advocating sharia law? could laura loomer be playing to conservative agenda or is alyssa milano playing to liberal agenda? all we have is two people's opinion and no facts, in the article.

femimism shouldn't be about "don't do nudes!" and if linda sarsour does advocate sharia law, has she disavowed milano for doing those nudes?

What part of feminism is stifling a woman for asking questions that the panel of so-called feminists do not like?

that's not a part of feminism. it's all about refusing to be challenged on your views. and possibly about feeling badgered too.

and FWIW, if the woman asking questions was ranting and raving about stupid bullshit, I would understand. Asking about Sharia Law's place in the the empowerment of women and feminism is very valid. Nothing in her actions or questions warrants the level of intimidation and silencing I saw.

laura loomer? yeah, if we're seeing the whole encounter, it seems wrong. again, this is separate from feminsim, regardless of whether those that used the tactic identify as feminists.

Modern feminism is not about equal opportunity, so it is about feminism.

i think that shutting someone down or bullying someone because you don't want to hear them out goes beyond feminism, it's a tactic used by people who identify in a lot of different groups.

I feel like if I met a Hollywood celebrity leftist and they knew my political views, they would immediately dislike me. Makes it hard to want to support them when they openly put their views out there like that, and always act condescending.

i notice that. i also notice that liberals are more numerous (or more in control, or both, maybe) where i have the most interest in the public sphere. control and power emboldens assholes to flex their muscles more and shout louder.
