Can you articulate what crime is "leering"?
there is a difference. but the policy or law against it should be similar.
"being a creeper"? no trans in the bathroom is not just against creeps who leer or make a scene though. that's what i don't like.
The law is not "no trans in the bathroom", it is guidance for everyone. The legal place to use the restroom is what aligns with your gender at birth. Do you have a better way? I would hope you don't think random guys walking freely on and out of ladies bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, and changing areas is a great idea.
i don't have a better way. i know that biological men that have transitioned (or are on their way) in the men's room is not that great a way.
We as a nation are clearly unprepared for this. What do the ladyboys do in thailand?
i don't know. being a creep or being a threat is what matters. if they're just doing their business, there should be no issue. if there are not steps to take to prevent creeps or threats in public restrooms, perhaps that's something that we should work on. that seems like common sense to me.
How old is your little sister? Let's say at 8-12 years old, you would be comfortable with her sharing a public bathroom with a couple guys? How about a gym lockerroom? How about a gym shower?
It matters. No matter how much we want to spread PC, it matters. Men are different than women. Just consider violent rapes. How many are female on male?
it matters in the same way that a gun owner is a mass shooter waiting to happen, so we need to crack down on all gun owners.
i would not be comfortable with those scenarios. if there aren't ways to prevent people ogling her body or touching her short of me going in there to kick their ass, then there should be. that should have been a thing long before now.

bat shit crazy, but not in the ways that foo touched on in his three examples. (though he came closer, in subsequent posts)
"Gender Identity" politics is not a prime example? Liberals want to "label" me cisgender because I'm normal, like that's a thing. Trannies using bathrooms, teaching kids in school about this shit etc. There's evolution, in that certain conversations need to be had that didn't happen when we grew up, and there's straight bat shit lunacy.
yeah, that's where he came closer in later posts.
Outside of his Latina hot mama, I think hyperbole to make a point is Foo's favorite thing in the world, so.
i guess so. we can agree that there are a lot of ways that some liberals are bat shit. i guess i'll leave it there.

Only recently has it become even a discussion that a man intermingling with women and girls in that fashion is acceptable. And guess what, only among one crowd...my Democrat grandfather and my Republican grandfather both would have kicked their ass.
If my democrat grandfather were alive, I suppose he would be gender confused, crippled by anxiety, have a service dog he needs to take inside walmart, and would support illegal immigration. Or...he would be a republican.
BTW, that grandfather LOVED Under Siege because he was a cook in the military. Also, he died without ever having a slice of pizza, and never had a meal without potatoes. To the point of where I think of my grandfather, and I think of a potato.

there have been creeps long before now.
Right, but we ALL knew to keep them out of ladies bathrooms. Now it is like a green light to perversion.

only because you want to play games. if someone is being a creeper in a public restroom, then kick their ass. that doesn't sound like the law that was put into place is doing anything though. *shrug*
To give another example of society flying off the rails, today while at the grocery store I saw a beautiful printed sign that read: "Please do not allow service animals to ride in the shopping carts". Did you ever think such a sign would be necessary?

The thing is, the law was written to give descendants of slaves protections. Otherwise, anti-black people would argue that by blood, they are African. So we established that they were citizens of the US by birth here.
It is pretty unlikely the law's intent was for an illegal to cross the border to give birth, and have that baby have full rights and protections of a US citizen for life.
That is exactly its intent established repeatedly. In many cases. Including the reason Trump’s kids, born of an immigrant, are US citizens. It’s pretty common in your hemisphere.
I feel like that backlash is anti-Semitic. Hugh Jackman is seen being friendly with the Jooz, and the same hateful bastards who support Muslims stoning gays all chirp up. Sickens.
speaking on the divide, because i didn't want make this it's own thread.
being accidentally touched while trying to pull a microphone away from a reporter does not count as having had him put hands on you. it does not count as an attack or any such crap.
going to the home of a public figure to threaten them and attempt to gain entry into their home does not ever count as protest.
people on the left and right going crazy. stop it!

Solid post, until you had to throw the right into your last sentence when these were incidents of batshit insane liberals, overtly the second one.

the first was from the right. the second was from the left.
