Started to watch that one the other night after a show, drunk as fuck at 4am. I made it probably five minutes. Hope it's good because I do wanna revisit it. I think I got it on Amazon Prime or TubiTV.

Lol. Love that 2 is considered a slow day. 2 is pretty close to my maximum these days.

Mashup between The Mask, Friday the 13th and just a hint of Scream.
I really enjoyed that one. Certainly thought that it was a pretty fresh-feeling movie when so many slashers nowadays feel cookie cutter.

Cannibals and Carpet fitters

Was really scared this was going to be a found footage shaky cam film. Luckily it stops after the introduction. Otherwise I might’ve stopped the ducking thing.

I dug it quite a bit. Felt like it didn't quite know what it wanted to be, but it did the I spit on your grave stuff well, and even when it got a little kooky with her resurrection and shiz, I just rolled with it, it's french.

The physics of them staying alive through some of these injuries was beyond reality but besides that it was a good revenge flick. S as you say, that first fall should be the end of her. It really should.

The finale was very tense though. Liked that.

Yeah, so far Revenge is my favorite of my new-watches. Oddly, the injuries, except maybe Jen's initial tree injury (and her resurrection did seem a little bit a hint of The Crow, but with an eagle...or was I the only one that thought that?), didn't scream to me as insta-deaths. People can take damage if they're built for it.

It's stuff like why the beer can image didn't mirror on her stomach or why is a shotgun shooting like a rifle that stood out, but those are teeny nitpicks :P

i think anna and the apocalypse could have been fun, if the music was better and the singing was stronger. i felt like it was approaching a dance of the dead vibe in some places.
