Yup, everything is good. Obviously married life is a lot different in that every decision and move involves another, but it is worth it to share life with someone.

I wish I could properly describe how busy it has been in the past 10 months or so. Pretty crazy.

How are you? Anything new? How about your health issues?

Nothing really new to speak of. Living life normally. Zero health issues since the esophagus crap, which is good. Hopefully it stays that way.

I see your food posts on facebook with Crave and it makes me wish I was close enough to drop by for lunch.

That is great news!

I feel like growth in the catering and event side of the business has made our facebook a lot less interesting. Trying to improve the social media with videos is a 2020 goal.

Yes, it is about 18 months since we opened it, but it has grown a lot over the past 6 months.

I've been drooling over that diablo cheesesteak. Do you come up with the menu ideas? I wish I could do that. Only thing I can do is grill meats. My wife on the other hand, is like Macgyver. She creates meals all the time. It truly takes a gift.

The Diablo and theSmokehouse (Steak, Bacon, Smoked Gouda, and Creamy Chipotle sauce) are both good sellers. At our shop, we offer them on a roll, over mac and cheese, or over rive and beans.
