I just read Carrie and I liked it alot

I didn't mean to imply I thought it wasn't horror. It definitely is. The drama is a lot more prevalent, though, until we get to the finale. At least in my ever-popular view.

In my (limited) defense, I wasn't a big fan of the novel either (though I did think the narrative structure was very unique). Still, any book (or movie) that portrays the dangers of extremist religious belief is okay with me.

Agreed on both counts. When the fuck did we start having similar views on films?

Maybe this is the only time. Certainly don't want to be a stain on your tastes.
