Before I leave this site, we need to get one god damn thing clear, here. And all of you need to pay the fuck attention.

Every. Single. Fucking. One of us, has been involved in totally heated discussions. Every single one of us. We've said mean things to each other, treated each other poorly and with utter disrespect. Nobody in here is going to deny that. And in case anyone is too dense to notice, it always occurs when we're discussing politics. 100% of the time. That is the common theme. Politics. Look at the subtext of the title of the forum. "IT WILL GET HEATED. CAN'T TAKE IT. DON'T OPEN THE FORUM." When I open this forum, and people are saying absolutely horrible things about Trump supporters, generalizing them all in the same category, you are also talking about me. You know that, right? And look, I'll even ignore the generalization of Trump supporters, look at what has been said to be me directly! I have been accused of being a racist, a homophobe, a xenophobe, a sexist, a nazi sympathizer, a white supermacist, a rape sympathizer, an idiot with low IQ, a tinfoil-hat-wearing conspiracy theorist, and what's the meanest thing I've said about anyone else? What's the big thing you got on me? That I may have accused more than one of you of being disingenuous about it? Really? That's the big intervention you want to have here, Head? That after years of all this ridicule for supporting Trump, that I have the gall to bring up the idea that maybe you're being disingenuous? You think so lowly of someone (Trump), that you allow yourself to think that lowly of his fan base for supporting him, that you think that lowly of me for supporting him. And it's me who needs the intervention for calling you disingenuous for never, not once, backing up your claims as to why I am a racist-homophobe-xenophone-nazi-sexist-whitesupremacist-rapesympathizer. All this name-calling of me has a root cause. You know what that root cause is? The disdain for Donald Trump. And how could I be such a cunt to accuse anyone of not being honest with yourselves about how any potential bias you may have against Trump after saying such disgusting shit to me? All of the worst things that have been said on this forum, have been said about me and directly to me.

I am standing by my word in that I do not think less of anyone here, no matter what has been said to me. It appears as though I'm the only one who holds himself to that standard. Anyone in here that Head dragged into this mess. Anyone in here who wants to point the finger at me needs to take a long look in the god damn mirror at the nasty and evil shit that has been said to me, because I guarantee you, what some of you have said about me, right to me, is far fucking worse than accusing someone of being disingenuous. If you think less of me for that, after all the god damn blows that I've absorbed over the years in the political discussions, then I have nothing else to say. Ever.

you have dismissed me, sometimes. it feels like you're using "disingenuous" as a catch-all, so i can't speak to that.

i notice that you and head poke and snipe at each other. i've put my nose into that, and told to butt out. it's not my place, so yeah.

i notice that if someone has an opinion that doesn't necessarily favor you or your politics, then it's because of head. but it's not.

It’s actually worse that you would casually dismiss someone’s ability to speak and think for themselves under the guise of a civil conversation. Makes everything a total non-starter to say someone’s opinion isn’t genuine. You might as well tell everyone else to not talk about politics at all here. I do think that behavior is worth calling out without a doubt.
