Its funny, because I love weird,, but someone said not to watch it. I watched the Japanese film House because someone said it was weird, and I love that movie. I'll give it a go then.

More weird for plot reasons than general wackiness like Hausu.

Just started up Blood Rage and saw a random Ted Raimi selling condoms in a drive-in bathroom. Good start.

Gonna revisit Wind River in a little while. Saw it in theaters and watched it once or twice on blu ray after it was released. Liked it a good deal.

Watched the new live action Disney Aladdin. Not bad honestly. Think it adds some powerful elements and Smith is his own genie rather than doing a Robin Williams impression. The CGI Genie feels wonky. They didn’t go cartoony enough and it just felt uncanny valley as it were. But I did enjoy the overall film and Jasmine and Aladdin were really solidly cast.

Out of the 3 that came out last year, I thought Aladdin was the best of the live-action remakes. Not great, not even good, but okay and yeah, "not bad honestly".

Dumbo was shockingly bad.

If it's the 90's film, it should have a killer undead vet dressed as Uncle Sam in it. Haven't seen it since it came out, though, so I don't remember much about it beyond that.
