Also kinda bugs me that there isn't much color in Freddy's face make up, just all the same fleshtone. It makes his shots seem bland to me. It's probably in response to the MPAA cracking down by the late 80's, so they intentionally made it "safer" to look at, but still.

Sometimes I wonder if Frank Darabount got to read an early draft of Dark Tower 2: Drawing of the Three, to be inspired to put a floating door in this. (the book and movie came out in the same year, so I'm thinking Steve might've shared it with Frank before release).
