She was born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in Cincinnati. I had her in a magazine back in the day. I just looked her up....and bummer.....she died from a shotgun to her head in 2009. It was ruled a suicide, but many say that she was most likely shot by her boyfriend.

I looked it up and said she died from an illness that was accidentally ruled a suicide...now I'm even more confused

Yeah, all kinds of conflicting information. What I read was from someone who knew them. Very weird.

So far, Dances With Werewolves is not bad. The acting from the two hookers, Lady and Queeni, leave much to be desired, but so far, kinda solid.

Guessing they didn't have the budget for a CGI transformation, so I'm glad they simply cut away and left the transformation off camera instead of putting garbage up on the screen lol.

Finished for the day. Magic with Anthony Hopkins was great as always.

Very slow start this challenge for me, but I have a vacation that starts tomorrow, so hopefully things pick up nicely.

Rewatching Grave Encounters. Seems to have more of a following now and trying to figure out what I missed.

Watching Werewolf Island. Now I got Megadeth's Devil's Island stuck in my head. Not that it's in the movie, just the title automatically put it there :P

Werewolf Island has an astonishing amount of bad acting in it, I'm gonna have to create a special category when done: Worst Acting Ensemble. Holy fuck they're all terrible.

The 1931 version was pretty damn solid upon revisiting it, and despite Tracy, I don't have exceptionally high hopes for this version.
I'm gonna check out the 31 version. Let me know how 41 turns out.

Werewolf Island was so bad, I wanted to watch Howling 7 just to get the taste out of my mouth. Which I can't yet cause I'm saving it for a Howling-thon.

Watching Madhouse (1974)

Watching Dark House now. Without looking it up, the car the people are traveling in looks oddly like "Christine", intriguing movie so far though.

Gonna close out the night with All Hallow's Eve.

Not sure if I've watched the second movie, so I might put that on the agenda.

So the 1941 version seemed overlong (at an hour and 53 minutes), and while Tracy was fine, I can't think of any way it's better than the 1931 version. Certainly okay during some scenes, but the 1931 version had a lot more going for it, I thought.
