Though I do love the whining about a rigged election where dems didn't manage to take control of the senate and barely hung on to the lead in the house. 'Cause if you're going to cheat, you're going to cheat big, right? Seriously, if Dems were going to cheat, getting control of the House and Senate would be a much more valuable avenue than focusing on the president. Especially in this election where all eyes were on the presidency and very few people were paying attention to the other races.

A Democratic House and Senate would have been a bigger victory because Trump would have been kneecapped and likely had laws pass that would prevent him from doing more harm without the backing of both checks in Congress, Especially if they had cheated their way to a supermajority in both. There were better ways to grab power than cheating Trump directly.

It’s be perfectly laughable to see them spin what is an overwhelming victory for Biden into anything but. At this point Biden has smashed PA and the Blue Wall states and they just called Arizona. There’s no scenario where Trump wins or does even a bit of good. But their standing internationally keeps sinking. If you can’t even accept results of a democratic election that is as transparent as humanly possible, you can’t be trusted to govern. At this point it feels like sanctions and embargoes wouldn’t be out of place.

But the other problem is that by not starting the transition you worsen the ability for Biden to hit the ground running which is bad as his first priority is a Pandemic that is now worsening exponentially.
