A little bit, but no more than like a Friday the 13th marathon. Well, maybe a little more since there's more installments.

Could throw the remake, FvsJ and the whole TV series in there and probably still be short.

What's your point? Argue everything on the site just to argue? When i said "a little more" I was referring to the repetitive-ness, not "little more" installments.
I just don't get why it was argumentative that there are more Bond movies.

I really don't find Maud Adams that attractive. I don't know how she got cast as two different Bond girls. She looks like Buddy Reperton from Chrstine, but in female form.

I shared a site with combined run times as we were discussing amounts. I thought it was interesting to know the numbers. Given that F13 is such a long running series, I thought it was interesting that there was so much more Bond. *shrug*

Your reply looked like you were trying to counter my simple reply of "little more repetitive due to more installments" with pointing out there were more installments. Are you so wrapped up with stirring pots in other threads that you were on autopilot? :p

Not being very familiar with Bond, I did not realize there were that many films. Kinda knew the recent ones would be in the two hour range per movie, but I thought the earlier ones were shorter.
Was really just a conversation starter by a non-fan trying to stir up some discussion. I like to debate anything because the alternative is telling Zombie his eyes are pretty every day. Would probably run its course after a couple years.

Yeah, they rarely dip below 2 hours. Shortest I think was Quantum of Solace at 105 minutes, and I don't remember the longest. Probably On Her Majesty's Secret Service (142 minutes), without looking.
Only For Your Eyes Only felt much longer than it was, so far. OHMS actually went by pretty quick.

I got the impression like most of the early Bond movies were basically plotted like 60's Batman shows (again, this is my outsider viewpoint), where there was some kind of theft or incident, some investigating, the hero is introduced to the villain and trapped, hero escapes the trap, and then a final chase ends with the showdown. Then somewhere in there, Bond shags a hottie.

It is pretty much that formula. Varying ingredients, but still a formula. Number of hotties change too. I believe Roger Moore got the most ass, even though he's the actor with the gay rumors lol

With Henry Cavill possibly being out as Superman, I actually hope he's freed up to take on Bond. They liked him before, but he was considered too young back in 2004.
Obviously he'd have to slim a bit from the Superman-mass.
And if his hairline recedes more, no problem. Connery had a toupee the whole time.

I love that Johnson and Johnson from Die Hard are both in this movie, complete with a score from Michael Kamen, lol.
Sidenote: Could audiences have taken T-Dal more seriously had he had a good hairstylist? His hair in both this and Living Daylights is pretty awful.

Actually his hair during the Casino sequence is pretty slick, but a shame it's not like that regularly, but with a sharper cut.

Can we get a hot bond girl ranking when you're done? I think you might have done this before though.

I plan on it, as well as ranking of soundtracks.

I'm struggling to decide between Lupe and Pam for fave Bond girl of License To Kill, both are incredibly hot to me. I'm calling it a tie, probably the only one for the series.
