Very high possibility that both Frailty and Ginger Snaps take up two spots in the top 25 somewhere. Shit me.

Did you notice it on mine? :P

I think we're the only ones that have The Fog listed? I don't have everyone's list memorized really.
Must have been yours, yes. When I posted my list, I was looking through others to ensure I wasn't missing anything major, so thanks for reminding me fam. :thumb:

Jig has more movies from the 2000s than the 1930s. What world are we living in right now?

Have you had a zagnut? I don't know when those were discontinued but I watched Chevy Chase eat one in Seems Like Old Times and it sounded yummy. I never saw any as a kid.

Arachnophobia is another contender for the top 25 that I now have to rethink. I'm gonna have to delete my entire rough draft.

Thanks Jig. :P

So while I probably have some 1930's movies ranked quite highly - Mad Love (classic Peter Lorre comes to mind), it's also true that I'd probably prefer watching something like C.H.U.D. again as opposed to The Monster Walks, even if I have both ranked equivalently.

Which is partially why I find these lists so hard to make. :P

Here's the thing about that - I have almost the entire 100-issue first run of The New Mutants (I'm missing about eight issues or so, some of which will be really expensive to buy, such as Deadpool's first appearance), so as someone who absolutely loves the comic books, I felt the characters were portrayed fantastically.

As a horror movie? It might just be really generic. But as a fan of the comic book series and the characters? Some of the lines in the movie actually made me squee, as fangirls say. :P So I accept that most people probably have reasons to not rate it highly, but on a personal level, I was really happy with that one.

It's a damn shame, too, because I'd argue it's a better film than The Mummy and Dracula, both of which were directed by the same guy (Karl Freund).

I have a pretty massive movie collection. If I do the CTRL + F search and type in by year, the 80s is so heavily horror and the early 2000s is so heavily comedy.
