No body. A picture of a dead body doesn't mean someone was murdered. He did pay for a murder to happen, though, but I dunno how that works in legal terms. Either way, I still see no reason to pardon the guy other than the libertarian angle, which is kinda silly.
This chick named Dalia Dippolito got 20 years for hiring a guy (undercover cop) to kill her husband. They staged a murder scene, she pretended to be devastated, they brought her in to the police station and revealed to her that her husband was alive and she hired a cop to do it. She acted like a victim and still acts like a victim to this day. Lol.
It is odd to me that they supposedly found messages of him trying to hire a hit man and they did nothing with it. That is solicitation to commit first degree murder. And then they hand down two life sentences. The whole thing is just weird and I think it's deeper than public knowledge.

I might of lessened the sentence to 20 or 25 years but I wouldn't of pardoned him.
I think he served like 10-12 years now? And I haven't seen that he was pardoned, rather that he received commutation from Trump. Which means a reduced sentenced. But he may have been pardoned fully, I don't know
The pardon system arguably shouldn’t exist but it also could be used for some good, and of course it’s mostly just scumbags like this guy, if not family, friends and co-conspirators.
I liked when Obama pardoned low level drug offenders.

I've read about it and saw the video. It's 10 minutes of 2 actors doing a boring slow dance scene to a horrible rendition of God Only Knows. She wanted to talk during the scene more, he wanted to kiss and play touchy face. No big gotcha for either side.

Apparently she wanted to direct and she and Ryan wanted control over Justin's movie and he didn't allow it to happen, so this was her retaliation. Yikes.

if pardoning a pretty big drug pusher who may have done worse is about undoing the war on drugs, then pardoning small time drug users and dealers (who aren't caught up in other gang crap) is a better step in that direction.

Prisons do that naturally. They release a ton of drug related criminals out of prison early because they're too full.

i think it matters. if you're rehearsing or talking through an action scene and your scene partner throws a punch that you didn't see coming, is that okay because the movie is about fighting? i don't know.
