Since Bruce Campbell and the Raimis are involved in this I'm gonna assume this supermarket is called S-Mart.

"Tim, you look horrible. Anal itch got you down?"

That is the most out-of-nowhere quote. Lmao

The bandsaw one is particularly memorable.

Yeah, that's the one that triggered that post.

And holy shit I was not expecting this twist.

I'm immediately about to upgrade from my old shoddy DVD to the Synapse bluray. Offer pending on ebay right now. "Here comes fucking Parker" was one of the funniest and most unexpected things ever. I almost fell down. lmao. And who the hell is Parker even supposed to be?

With the completion of Intruder, I've logged in exactly 2,000 minutes of movies so far. Nice round number.

If it was owned by Disney, Kia be serving Freddy christmas cookies made by Beyonce, not calling him bad word.

Aka let's remake The Exorcist without calling it The Exorcist, directed by Homer from Near Dark.
I'd give that nod to Beyond the Door, as well. :P
No, they're literally remaking The Exorcist in the film.
I didn't know Homer's real dad was Father Karras. So this movie is semi-auto-biographical, adds a cooler twist to it.

i knew about jason patric being his son. i didn't know this too. that adds a cooler layer to the flick. i'll have to give it a rewatch at some point. it's a nice twist on the whole thing.

also they did namedrop the exorcist in the movie (along with the omen and poltergeist), just didn't name that as the movie they were doing.

Backwards order for the Nightmare series? Interesting. I just stopped at Dream Child. I might continue the rest, haven't decided yet. But I should squeeze FvsJ in to honor our anniversary lol
