The sense of entitlement isn't justified. 8 teams wanted other players more than they wanted him. He's gonna have to be the next Rodgers for me to forgive him. If you really think that highly of yourself, time to prove it on the field. Can't wait to see him week 1.

"Forgive him"? Could you be any more overdramatic about this?Jason wrote:The sense of entitlement isn't justified. 8 teams wanted other players more than they wanted him. An alpha is going to take the team that drafted him and make them look like geniuses, not scream, yell, piss and moan about the 8 other teams that passed on him. Alphas don't bitch. They get shit done.Headhunter wrote:He viewed himself as the best QB in the draft, as an alpha male competitor should. Maybe you want an "aw shucks" beta QB who is just happy to be there. I want someone who knows they're the best and expects to be valued as such.Jason wrote:Again, he left the NFL draft with 8 figures more than what he had when he walked in. He lost nothing.
$0 + $17 million = $17 million.
This $10 million dollar loss you speak of is unjustified and has no merit on anything.
His focus is already in the wrong place, and he isn't even a rookie QB, yet.

Well, I'm trying hard to like him. If you remember, I was fond of him before his shenanigans.Headhunter wrote:"Forgive him"? Where is the "screaming, yelling, pissing and moaning"? Didn't happen? I really don't care how you viewed him. What difference does that make? You're being overdramatic now.Jason wrote:Well, I'm trying hard to like him. Yes, saying "nine mistakes ahead of me" is soooo whiny. Could you frame this whole thing any more dishonestly? My God...Jason wrote:True. No, he's being matter-of-factual. You counting another man's money and making a big show about how you were a fan and now you aren't (who cares? lol) is so bizarre.Jason wrote:No. Rosen is. lol.Headhunter wrote:I really don't care how you viewed him. Pittsburgh converting Shazier's salary to signing bonus to pay him now was a first class thing to do deserving of respect.

Football is on tonight even if it is a game they should do away with.

I liked when they cancelled the game, avoided the emotional swing of getting excited and then mortified by the terrible quality of play. But Lamar Jackson and even RG3 make it a little more interesting this year.

Re: NFL 2018: From the Draft to the Super Bowl
So a buddy at work misheard on the radio on his ride in and told me the NFL has a new rule where a fair catch on a kickoff inside the 25 yard line would count as a touchback, and I about shit. Luckily to find out it was for College ball, what is this horse shit, Headward?
