Looks like FAAB (auction system of waivers) is available on Yahoo. Sweet.

As far as best looking teams so far, I think Reign has consistently gotten great value, he's a close #2 to Seb, who has done a brilliant job drafting and seeing the board. He loaded up at RB after the first wave when most of us had moved onto #1 WRs and then ended up getting maybe three of the best #2 WRs while the rest of us played catch-up at running back. Three workhorses, three stud WRs and got probably a top 5 QB. Gonna be bad at TE, but several people are. Off to a hot start. Would hire as GM.

Makes sense, coming from the guy with the worst avatar and sig combo in internet history.

Fantasy money! We all start with 100 fantasy dollars and spend it throughout the season. Every week from Sunday - Wednesday you can make blind bids on players, and whoever has the highest bid on a player gets them. After that deadline, everyone on the market is freely available as it was in the old system.

So in terms of settings I can:

Change Trade Deadline (currently November 2)
Change how we review trades, how long trades take, and how we object. Currently 2 days reviewed by all GMs and votes to object.
Determine Waiver Priority (Asssume this was the setting) which had
-continual rolling list
-reverse order of standings
-Weekly rolling list based on standings
-FAAB w/ continual rolling list tie-break
-FAAB w/ reverse order of standing tie-break
FAAB w/ weekly rolling list based on standing tie-break

I can also change waiver rule (currently set to game time Tuesday)

I've always thought the trade deadline should be pushed back a bit, but there's hardly ever any activity there.

FAAB with the rolling list is the one we would want to do.

Yup, makes the waiver wire something more skill-based than what it has been. Even with our expansion, at 6 teams there will be a lot of difference makers out there.

Ahhhh, yeah. That's right.

I’ll set it this way and we can see. It’ll be interesting at least.

Blind bid auctions are the best I do recommend setting the minimal bid at zero. The highest bidder will still win the player but you don't want a scenario where someone can't make moves
