Invited a Charger fan buddy to the bar but he invited me to his house for the game. Told him I'd be at the bar and call him before game time. Apparently his wife's family showed up so he had to entertain them all day. Ended up just sending him this link after the game...

Minnesota = Pretenders

Stop Your Sobbing :D :D :D (I know it's a Kinks song originally, but the Pretenders did it just a tad better imo)

I was getting pissed with the Mahomes pick and the fumbles, and then he throws that fucking bomber. Kid is un-fuckin-real.

Everyone who hates on college ball has to sit back and watch the NFL become it.

I don't mind at all.

I hate on college because of the immeasurable skill deficiency.

I hate college ball because pretending half those guys are students is a farce. Most of the powerhouse football programs are recruiting NFL level athletes who can barely read or speak, putting them into multi-million dollar training and diet programs, ignoring their academics, and then acting like they did something when they beat up on a bunch of people actually going to college for an education.

Non-sequitur alert.

The wild part is it really isn't bad defense in my eyes. The combo of talent and great play calling for both offenses is just insurmountable for these defenses.

It's Mike Leach's league now and we're all just fortunate to see that come to pass.

What percentage of SEC football players are there for academics? I bet 20% could not even find their classrooms.

It is a bit of a problem though as you deprive a whole generation of a chance to be better
