This and Mission: Impossible - Fallout are the only real contenders of Best Cinematography from 2018 so far (since Mandy is disqualified...for dumb fucking reasons).
Isn't that in black and white? You can't get Best Cinematography with black and white! Even the almighty Raging Bull failed!
Schindler's List, yo.

Love, Gilda. It's a documentary about Gilda Radner on CNN. Very well done.

Naked Gun 33 and 1/3: The Final Insult

This might be my favorite of the series. It's hysterical.

Unforgiven is really the closest thing to a perfect movie, imo.

It's utterly fantastic. I'm getting into Oscar mode and started off with my favorite Best Picture Winner.

Still curious about that Ken Watanabe remake. Heard it was good, but obviously not as good.

Fascinating subject even if it's nonsense.

First time full viewing of Ordinary People

I have strong doubts this is better than Raging Bull.

It's the one where Timothy Hutton still holds the record for the youngest Best Supporting Actor win. He's really good in this though. Him and his scenes with Judd Hersch. Shame the rest seems...pedestrian.

But at least it's not a dull piece of pretentious wank like I was expecting.

I also find it odd Hutton was put in the Supporting category since he's clearly the lead character. But I guess I shouldn't think too much on that, he wouldn't have won against DeNiro anyway (best acting performance of all time, imo)
