I didn't realize this was a Joel Silver & Robert Zemeckis production. Maybe that's why this opening credits/backstory montage is kinda like the backstory picture show of Eddie Valiant and his brother in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

I actually did not know Shannon Elizabeth was Arab. That's pretty cool that this movie actually cast 3 Arabs (4 if the boy is too). Hell, F Murray and Tony Shaloub actually look related.
