Dude....we just need to put you through Karate camp. You'll be fine.Foo wrote:So, I may or may not have promised a trip to Venezuela if we got further delayed. :pReign in Blood wrote:First off, let me say thanks that you made her "our fiance". I will share our beauty with the upmost love and respect, whenever you're not around (and luckily that's often, busy man!). Secondly, that is absolutely awful, specify 6 months or a year cockbreaths! If there's no real breathing room for a deadline, then get real. Hate to hear that, my good man.Foo wrote:What an up and down week.
So we get news that our fiance visa has been accepted by the US government after waiting 8 months. So we have to schedule an interview with the consulate in Ecuador, and they have a list of things she needs, like medical tests, documents, etc. Among the things listed is a visa that does not expire within 1 year. Her Visa expires next july. So we figure since they are requiring a year, and we are inside of a year, one should be able to renew.
Well, if you are outside of 6 months, they will not renew. Awful.
So, standing out like a sore thumb, I get to go to one of the most dangerous places on earth. White as can be, obviously traveling, very large compared to the locals...
BTW, you are not supposed to linger around certain spots where they dump trash, because lots of murdered people get dumped there and if they see you, they will probably kill you and throw you on the pile. Our government has warned americans to not travel there...
In all seriousness, hope you get to see her soon. It's gotta be tough.
