So we get news that our fiance visa has been accepted by the US government after waiting 8 months. So we have to schedule an interview with the consulate in Ecuador, and they have a list of things she needs, like medical tests, documents, etc. Among the things listed is a visa that does not expire within 1 year. Her Visa expires next july. So we figure since they are requiring a year, and we are inside of a year, one should be able to renew.

Well, if you are outside of 6 months, they will not renew. Awful.
First off, let me say thanks that you made her "our fiance". I will share our beauty with the upmost love and respect, whenever you're not around (and luckily that's often, busy man!). Secondly, that is absolutely awful, specify 6 months or a year cockbreaths! If there's no real breathing room for a deadline, then get real. Hate to hear that, my good man.
So, I may or may not have promised a trip to Venezuela if we got further delayed. :p

So, standing out like a sore thumb, I get to go to one of the most dangerous places on earth. White as can be, obviously traveling, very large compared to the locals...

BTW, you are not supposed to linger around certain spots where they dump trash, because lots of murdered people get dumped there and if they see you, they will probably kill you and throw you on the pile. Our government has warned americans to not travel there...
Dude....we just need to put you through Karate camp. You'll be fine.

In all seriousness, hope you get to see her soon. It's gotta be tough.

Just finished watching this Fright Night Documentary on Shudder. I can't believe I never noticed his wooden stake was backwards LOL.

Hopefully it's worth it and they fixed whatever problem you were having!

Glue is the superior wound repairer - less risk of infection, smaller or even non-existent scars, and no need to worry about ripping your skin from a pulled stitch!

Also, that looks incredibly uncomfortable.

I think they did. They ended up finding the problem in the exact spot I had him draw on.
I'm actually getting worried with the glue. The bottom ouchie started slightly bleeding hours ago, now some blood is coming out of my belly button too. I'm about to go grab some elmer's.

He would have loved to just be "boned" on the way home. He'd be a happy Tigg.

use super glue, but spot test it to make sure you aren't allergic first.

have you been touching it at all? clothes touching it or rubbing against it?

it should last like three or four days.

During the documentary, the main cast from the original rolled their eyes hard on the mention of FN2. Sarandon sounded almost pissy.

Only thing I can think of was the shower I took. Shouldn't glue outlast water? Papers said I could, just not scrub those areas. I might have turned in my sleep earlier too. Hard to stay so still.

I don't want to know what the meaning of life is, I just want to know why they knock on doors in The Fog. Seriously...WHY KNOCK if they are only going to bust down the door?

Water does tend to make super glue more brittle, but I don't know how it affects surgical glue. I just know you're not supposed to touch/bother the glued area and was thinking clothes rubbing against it or touching it absentmindedly might've weakened it.

Maybe they knock early on because they're not as powerful, but as they consume more of the lives they intended on taking, they are more powerful where doors aren't as much of a problem?

Mhmm.

The real answer is John didn't care about specifics, he only cared about the atmosphere. The knocking was spooky at the time, but needed to ramp it up for the climax.

He was too busy with Adrienne for specifics.
