Ali would love to move. But, again money, and her job pays less than peanuts.
I've lived in Alaska for a few years. In and around Anchorage. It gets very cold (negative 30's, similar to the coldest Ohio get - yes I've looked that up), but not like, Nome Alaska, lol. Juneau is definitely further south though. About 2-3 day trip further south, so it's warmer.

Yeah. Last I remembered, Hesperia/Apple Valley was a dirt wasteland. Basically, The Hills Have Eyes plus some homes and commercial streets added

Yep, and don't forget "more dirt". Lol

Is it really "more" though since The Hills Have Eyes (original) filmed out there?

I don't know exactly where it was filmed. Nobody cares, at all. The big Hitcher scene was filmed out here and the people working in the actual cafe never even heard of the movie. Lol

Port Townsend at least is aware about An Officer & A Gentleman filming there (it's close to where I went to art school). Though I did wish I knew about me living within a couple miles where they filmed the scene finding Laura Palmer's body for the Twin Peaks pilot, that seemed lost on any of the cities in Kitsap County lol.
I'd still go back there though. I really liked that area in Washington. If my book stuff takes off, that's where I plan to move. Gorgeous area.

In his area though...that's going to be extremely tough to find. I've been through there.
Yeah, his area is one you do 75 mph in a 45. Not because you're gonna get shot, but you feel if you stay too long the vultures are gonna come out and stalk you or some shit when you die of nothing at all.

I'm fucking off work!
Strongly considering putting in my two weeks notice and living like a bum off my savings for a few months before looking for another job. This shit is frying my fucking brain and killing my sanity.

I got like 50 steelys now. They're fun to blow your money on, tbh. Fun to look at.

At a karaoke party, at the moment. Peeps been pressuring me for years to get up there. Finally did L.A. Woman and nobody will shut up about how perfect my Jim Morrison is.
Felt good. Felt fun. Appreciate the love. Never again. Lol
