Great question.

5 each is tough but I'll give you a few. In the US, I gotta put New Orleans at the top. It has everything and the atmosphere is so crazy you feel like you're in a different country. San Diego is up there, especially Pacific Beach. Amazing bar scene, great for day drinking, beautiful weather, beautiful women. I'll throw Vegas in there, though I think its "peak" has long passed. From everything I've heard about Austin, Texas it's in the conversation but I've never been. Boulder for sure. Any college towns in the South during football season are going to be a great experience.

That I've been to in the world? A lot of the little islands in Thailand are fucking crazy. Cheap booze, drugs, loose women and that island paradise vibe. Amsterdam is a great time no matter what you like, smoke pot or no you're gonna be amazed at how lax everything is and the people watching alone is worth it. Berlin is the place to PARTY PARTY, world renowned nightclubs and the like. Barcelona similarly has some of the best dance clubs, a lot of them right on the beach and people will sell you cold beers right on the water.

And anywhere you go in Spain is gonna be a great fucking time. I didn’t really go out much in Italy, just loaded up on food , history and scenery mostly. I assume it’s similarly awesome in that way.
