Technically it is I guess. But if I rank comedies I usually base them solely on how funny they are.
what makes it a favorite, if not the laughs?

The overall humor and laughs is really how I rank comedies.

Nostalgia and atmosphere is probably the main thing. I first enjoyed it as a young kid around 10 or 11 when life was grand. :P

Zombs, what is your worst horror movie ever? I have been contemplating since convo and Slaughter is probably right with Begotten but I still keep thinking I must have seen some other chunk of irredeemable shit somewhere that Havok and I watched or summat. It's much tougher than best horror movie I'll tell you that.

that is tough. i think because we put more time and focus into thinking about what we love than what we hate. i know that i really didn't like the dead want women. but that was just last month... there must be something worse. maybe poughkeepsie tapes? i'll try to think on it.

Honorable mentions for worst horror films:

Ax 'Em
August Underground and its sequels
Anything Uwe Boll spit out

I know there's more, but can't think of any at the moment.

I rank worst horror movies based on movies that are so bad they piss me off. And there's only two I can think of off the top of my head.

Killing of a Sacred Deer
Funny Games

A lesser known ZZ Top gem. Though it's from their most popular (probably) album.

What was so bad about funny games? Because in the end it's all bullshit? Not the only movie to do that.
