how many sets of nightmare on elm street do you have already?
They haven't released a lot of cool shit for NOES, actually. I have that cheap bluray box set with all seven and a steelbook of the original, but a pretty cheap version. And a nice DVD box set with all 7. And one copy of the remake on DVD.
yeah, they did kind of cheap out on some of the releases over the years.
I'm hoping scream factory will one day release a big box set as bitchin as the Friday the 13th complete series set they did. If the remake is not included for NOES I wouldn't be disappointed.
That boxset was alright. I like the poster it came with but the extra features were a DVD and nothing new.
I did like that they used the original VHS cover art for the cases.

expecting to get the nightmare on elm street 4k steelbook tomorrow, finally. it got delayed in october due to selling out quick. but it;ll be nice to actually have it and not worry that it will be delayed again.
Jason did not make me aware of this steelbook. The 80 dollar monstrosity? Look at that bad bitch.
hmm.. i guess i got the wrong version. mine won't have quite all the goodies of the $80 version. it may have come on time, if i had gone in on that.
So he didn't tell you about it either? What good is it to have a friend lunaticly obsessed with steelbooks if he just hoards all the damn shit for himself? Pfft.
indeed. would it be too much if i purchase that one too? christmas is coming up. but i'll already have the steelbook just not the extras... i don't know.
Jason should do the purchasing, that son of a bitch.
nah, he won't let me pay him back for what he already sent. i won't let him purchase another huge set!
A gift is a gift! If I made you pay me back it would be like me taking out a loan on your behalf and making you pay me back for something I decided to send you.
Where's my gift? haha
Send me your address and I'll get you a brand new MAGA hat!

Song of the day.
This is one of the ultimate 80s night driving tunes and nobody knows it unless you've done a deep dive into Blue Oyster Cult's discography.

Are you saying you've done a deep dive into BOC and not heard this one?
Opposite, as I have heard (and own) this one.
Perfect Water and Method to the Madness are other good BOC deep cuts.
I went super deep a couple years ago. I was going kinda deep on em and heard The Vigil and said fuck it and downloaded their entire discography. Lol. Also bought a complete CD box set. I honestly think Spectres is probably my favorite album. But not by a lot.
