That's a film made from the scraps of previous films and bit of new stuff. This is all deleted scenes, not an actual film.

I enjoyed Twin Peaks for what it was worth. The first season was awesome, the second season was hit and miss. The Return mini series was also hit and miss for me. I watched Fire Walk with Me many years ago. I recall enjoying it but then again it's been so long.
