All the new Lizzie Borden movies are going the lesbian route and adopting the fan theory that Lizzie was fucking the maid and they got busted, so they plotted to kill the family to keep their lesbian secret.

Only one movie made in 125 years of Lizzie Borden, which was complete and total aces and held true to the evidence of the crime.

And now two movies in just the last 3 years there have been a movie/TV series that adopted the looney fan lesbian theory. All of a sudden. I wonder why.

based on the evidence, they couldn't even convict her. there's clearly missing pieces. who is to say that one of those missing pieces is a lesbian tryst?
