Would you hire people with a history of making ridiculous and petty claims against others? I get concerned when I look at someone's facebook when they are applying for a job and I see a lot of complaining. We interviewed someone awhile back, looked them up and discovered they were making all sorts of claims on their page about the previous employer. Not harassment, but rather complaining about how dirty the place was. The kicker was this person told me they were some sort of manager who was responsible for keeping it clean...

On the other hand, we hired someone who was legit harassed. They took a job, got plenty of hours, then things suddenly turned when the manager learned of their boyfriend. She handled it the right way. She stated there was a problem, but it was not hyperbole.

The people accusing Trump have no charges to file because in most of those instances, even if they are describing them with perfect accuracy and the statute of limitations did not expire, there was no crime in the first place. Awkward moments, misunderstandings, and even sexual advances are not crimes. If you kiss someone to say hello or goodbye, that is not a crime.
