Alien

could become horror again, but it hasn't been for a while.

I have always considered Alien to be horror.

alien and aliens were definitely horror. i don't think any of the others were. maybe 3 as d mentioned, but i'd have to give it another watch.

If you are referring to Alien Covenant, I own this one. Not my favorite by a longshot.

The one with Winona Ryder, I think the fourth one, I consider that one to be more Sci-Fy, not as much of a horror element to that one and Alien Covenant is more Sci-Fy as well, definitely the weakest of the franchise.
