Speaking of TCSM. A couple hours ago for the hell of it I youtubed the beginning where the narrator introduces you to the movie just to get myself psyched for October. If it comes to my theater I will be sure to see it.
the "there's them that laugh knows better" bit is such a great ominous way to get the movie going, along with the narrator and the camera sounds.

Also worth mentioning, I had a Delta-9 gummy (I much prefer traditional weed, but that's illegal here), so I may be high-ish. I don't even know if Delta-9 things are safe, to be entirely honest - didn't do a ton of research on them - but needs must when the devil drives fam.
Good times.
I'm an overall goody two shoes when it comes to sobriety. But I do dabble in a bit of kratom once in a while. Nothing, however, ever compared to the warm serenity that would overcome me when I would take a hydrocodone/norco during my days of questionable health issues. I'd limit myself to a maximum of once per week and would just do it on a weekend. It generated the most peaceful contentment I have ever felt in my adult life by far.

The narrator sets a perfect tone. It fits so well with the horror of the movie. It's not my favorite horror movie, but in a way it is kind of the ultimate horror movie. Just pure horror at its truest definition.

I know you mentioned Kratom in the past. Never read up much about it, but hey, if it works, it works.

Weaker than shit compared to edibles or weed or painkillers. Mainly used to get addicts off the real heavy shit. You have to take kind of a lot to get a desired affect and you run the risk of a bit of nausea.

I just checked and my theater is currently showing Blazing Saddles for its 50 year Anniversary. Lol.
If I hadn't watched this just a few weeks ago...

Today's random chat is (so far) the 6th most active chat in the history of this current HMF forum.
Funny that it's going to entirely die down in about two weeks, but that's cool.
cuz of the challenge? active is active, regardless of where it happens to be.
By "active chat," I thought he was talking only daily chats, but now I see where he's coming from.
That is what I was talking about.
Today's random chat thread... is the 6th most active random chat thread... and is about to jump into the top 5.
So I did not misunderstand. My humor just flew over zombie's head. As a good friend says, cool beans.
Forgive him, zombie's tend to be a little... slow. *ba-dum-tish! *drops mics* Give me my flowers, I'm walking off now but I'll be here all week.

So I just walked to a gas station five minutes away to pick up some healthy drinks (Monsters), and I see these two guys using the empty Kroger parking lot to toss a frisbee around. Was oddly wholesome.
Holy shit their phones must be broken!
Nah, they had to google how to throw a frisbee on their phones first. That shit would have went straight into the dirt first throw otherwise.
