In Sweeden and the UK are you considered guilty because of an accusation I would think that not the case in any civilized free society. People are wrongly accused and spend decades in prison because of someone mistakenly honestly believing something. I hate this argument that it's not a trial and there is no need for evidence that is such an archaic way of doing things.

Sexual violence and assault is something that for too long has swung in the favourite of men and it needs to change but every move to change that, to try and equalize the playing field, is met by people like you, and Foo, who demand absolute proof where there rarely is any, regardless of credibility or suffering. And that’s why abusing women continues unabated. The odds of facing negative consequences are way too low for the men involved in this behavior and the likelihood of women reporting things decreases with every case like this one where a woman comes forward to do the right thing to the detriment of herself and her family, to subject herself to total humiliation and threatening behavior, and to the despite these sacrifices be turned away and disbelieved. It won’t ever get better if this is how it operates in every sphere we are in.
