the group in this one is overall more likable than the group in evil dead rise. and particularly the lead here.

the addiction subplot is a decent way for them to try to rationalize what's actually happening. i don't mind it, the way a lot of others seem to.

Next up is a late 1980's giallo, Sweets from a Stranger (Caramelle da uno sconosciuto) from 1987. Never really heard of this one, so interested to see how it goes.
